Default Avoid Classycoin.com for non-payment to player (Revenue Jet)

A player at Classy Coin Online Casino (Classycoin.com) came to us asking for help in collecting an $1,800 payout he won at Classy Coin casino. The player tried tried to cash out on June 10th and exactly one month laster has not been paid.

The player has sent the casino all required documents and what he gets in return is one excuse after another from casino support as to why they will not pay him. He has even sent his colored documents to the casino from a third party and they claim the documents still are not good enough. The player has forwarded his ID docs to us and we can verify that they are as good as it gets. Full color and completely legible.

We tried to contact the casino and Revenue Jet on 3 separate occasions to try and get some answers but as of this post we have not heard back from the them.

Probably best to avoid advertising this casino from the Revenue Jet program at this time.

    Rick

No response from Revenue Jet or the casino. Revenue Jet is no longer a sponsor at the GPWA so it's not surprising.

If anyone reads CasinoMeister they will see that Affactive and RevJet (essentially the same company) are basically just scam jobs that don't pay winners.

Interesting because I really have not heard any complaints from players for either Rev Jet or Affactive. I promote both pretty heavily and have never had a problem. I will email my AM at Rev Jet and see if he can contribute to this thread.

Most players lose at the casino. However, those 2 companies want to make sure that nobody wins. If you deposit to one of their casinos, you will almost certainly never see that money again. I'm not sure how often you read CasinoMeister or to a lesser extent AskGamblers, but CM has daily reports of players being slow payed, no payed, security audits and basically anything that can be done to not pay them their winnings. This is happening to old players and new players, both high and low value. They are now on a par with Cplanet and the likes of Oddsmaker. I expect their new brand for 2015 will be called Magic Casino - "where your money disappears".

I'm going to point to this post I've recently made - https://www.gpwa.org/forum/revenue-j...tml#post761399

The Revenue Jet casinos are boldly stating that they hold a license they do NOT have.
