To be honest, I do not think you need any more, 3 is sufficient if not to many. You have a lot of flashing and moving parts on your home page as it is and this can become quite distracting to visitors. More banners does not mean more sign ups.

You may also want to look at hiding some of those aff tags if not all. I would agree that you shouldnt add any more. Actually I would delete one of them and only have 2 at most. If you have to many banners they all end up getting lost. Visitors are not going to sit there and read 5 banners and choose one. Most likly they will ignore them all. My 2 cents anyway.
