First of all I'd like to say that I have a hard act to follow, as for those who were not aware, Tom has moved to new pastures - leaving me to pick up (it's a little like coming after the Rolling Stones with a debut set) where he left off.

I'd really like to meet and talk over some new ideas about how to generate traffic. I've been deep in the Google Panda articles recently and I'd be interested to know how you've all adapted or been affected.
