    Default before I remove.....

I said prior to today that redflush was doing great. Red returns has done a great job up to this point. However...

I noticed after months of promoting them that I wasnt getting any players. So I tested today and signed up for the free hour freebie and I have a few questions.

If you were brand new to the casino would you know how to start the free play? Ive been doing this for years and I couldn't find how to start it. When I finally did find the button to start the free play I stared at a blank screen for 2 minutes.

When I went to customer service the screen just continued loading and I was not able to talk to anybody.

I went to email from the affiliate site but only a link to email was available. From the affiliate site an actual email should be posted. I know its to limit spam but deal with it like we all do.

I notice alot of questions and concerns on this red returns forum go unanswered for weeks

what is the issue? Should I remove these guys?

they support cross promoting as well (no aff tag obv)

400 affiliate brands are pointing to them.

They have no scruples that way either.

    Hi Pumacat,

I spoke to Anthony earlier today on th issues raised hear and on other forums. We are aware of all of them and believe that the best way to respond is to resolve the issues. It would be pointless for me to post and say we are going to resolve the issues. I was going to post once all of the issues were resolved, however i am going to post an update before I end up with a 10 page thread Monday.

The issue in regards to mails that were sent by our retention team has been resolved. The error was brought to our attention by affiliates and have to say thank you. All players that signed up from these mailers have been checked and the original affiliate has been credited with the referral. Moving forward all retention mails will either separate the brands or if both brands are used will be tagged with the original affiliates link.

All promotions and information links in the casino software will stay within the software. I prefer it this way as I am sure all will agree that w edo not want players to leave the software once the are playing.

We have a solution for affiliates that have US players and finding a new home for these players. This will be communicated with the affiliates directly.I cannot share anything in this regard.

We are in discussion with other operators that choose to send us traffic as an affiliate. We want to be sure that there are no issues in this regard. Thus far we have been informed that affiliates that send them traffic have been informed some time ago that they do not accept any Canadian traffic and that the traffic is generally NO TAG. We are in no way associated with the operators and treat this as a pure affiliate deal. I am not aware of the issues in regards to these brands however I am sure I will be made aware.

I will follow up Monday next week as I am sure I have left things out.

I have discussed your player experience with our developer and he is looking into the connection issue.

I am not sure how you could not email from the affiliate web site, as my personal address is included here along with our general address and other . AM's. http://www.redreturns.net/SkeletonSi...ContactUs.aspx

Please post any other questions here or email me directly.

    Best regards,
    Wayne

Thanks Wayne but you didn't really address my concerns.

Here is what I'd like to see you do. Pretend you have never played at a Microgaming casino and download and register for the free hour promotion. Then come back and post here how easy you thought it was.

Also I have just tested your tracking and the stats have updated but do not show the download, registration or anything.

I think you guys are about to go sour. You started off so fresh and clean and now you guys are just bad in so many ways.

I have indeed sent your feedback to our developer. He is the best person to deal with what I believe is a connection issue we had this afternoon. I experienced the same issues.

We remain the same transparent affiliate program willing to deal with anything. Our greatest allies are our affiliates and we take any feedback and suggestions seriously. I will test your stats myself and get back to you via email.

    Hi Wayne,

You mentioned emails going out to players. What happens with the players from the U.S. that we send to your casino? They get the notice that they're from the U.S. and to visit redflush.net. And from there when they try the download, it takes them to the page offering the Free $10 from JC. This has been set upthis way for a couple of months. Are affiliates getting any credit for the U.S. traffic that gets to JC through this route?

    Daera,

As I mentioned in my OP, yes we have a solution and affiliates will be compensated. I am not going to post the details in this public thread though. We will be communicating one on one with the affected affiliates.

    Regards,
    Wayne

Here is where your programs has chosen the wrong path to accept "failing affiliate traffic" it is our traffic not that of the boss -the master-affiliate- of the 400group.

Yeah we can all install geo targetting scripts and design pages for every sort of traffic that hits our sites. I actually can not be bored with your opportunities to scrape our canadian traffic for free to fill your pockets along with the 400's.

I have never seen such an insulting act before.

I fully agree to that. Give it a year or 2 and most new programs fail to understand what long lasting relations really are. Look at Referback would they take such a deal : NO as it would hurt their reputation more than the money prob. gained from it.

Think twice before you take the money as for now you are looking very greedy, how can we ever trust a group that treats us this way?

Excellent post GCG! I could not have said it any better. They are just as rogue as 400 affiliates! Period!

I personally don't like what I am reading here. As an affiliate manager I will take this up with senior management and take the appropriate steps Monday.

Personally I think that's a good idea Wayne. But just so you know this is not a personal attack on you. This is just the community letting you know that we have noticed Red Returns start to slide and wont stand for programs that go from amazing , get us to do all the reviews and promote the crap out of your brands just to find out a year later that things are going all down hill. Mass edit comes in handy so maybe tell upper management that maintaining a good relationship with affiliates is worth a lot more then you may think.

    Hi Guys,

I want follow up on this thread and let you know that 400 Group have taken down the links referring traffic to Red Flush. We took the decision based on feedback from our affiliates. This is in no way a reflection on their business practices as we cannot take sides in regards to the issues they have had in the past.

    Best regards,
    Wayne
