Hey Rick I have something better for you. There is this ab machine thing you can buy and you'll lose 20 kg in 6 weeks by just using it for 15 mins a day. It really works because the people on the tv commercial are totally ripped!

The LAST thing I need is to lose weight....but I am gonna look into THAT diet anyway.....lol

Yes sir, I understand that it tends to lower my blood sugar, that's why I carry these glucose tablets....and eat lots of carbs.....lol
