Bet Blocks

How do you guys see this one playing in the market? I arent convinced it will be as big a hit as the owners plan. I may be wrong but I just can't see if. For those of you who don;t know -

New social messaging app Bet Blocks is aiming to be the “WhatsApp of betting” by encouraging punters to place bets online with friends using voice recognition and AI technologies.
Using natural parsing language, the app detects specific betting related words in group chats and links them to relevant odds offered by Oddschecker.
William Hill is the first major sportsbook to partner with Bet Blocks and they hope others will follow suit.

It's kinda similar to what fb messenger does now with "creating plans" right? Recognises certain words and gives the option to start something. For example if you write the word tomorrow or next week or similar it will give you an option to "start plan".

I suppose there is a market for it, although not being a sports punter myself I'm not sure how popular it would be.

I cant see this being very big either. Does it have to be one of your friends? Why not just send your friend a text? If it can find a stranger for the other side of a bet you want to make maybe this would be a little more popular. Save you some juice I imagine but I am also sure the app doesn't do this for free??

I think it is free and the service is free, the owners will make the money like any affiliate when the player loses or signs up and deposits.
