Bet365 affiliate account

Hi friends,

I have a big concern to share. And I need assistance on this.

This is with regards to my bet365 affiliate account which I am currently using it and I have made some decent commission for the last few months. But the concern now is I am unable to withdraw my payments since the Indian banks are holding back inward remittance funds and I am unable to get the funds through bank wire.

Now I have another option to receive funds and that is to my bet365 player account, but my bet365 player account was closed few years back. Hence I cant even withdraw the funds to my player account.

Kindly advise what do I do now. My affiliate payment is still in my account and I am unable to withdraw. Will bet365 allow me to reopen my player account just to only withdraw the affiliate funds or do I need to transfer my affiliate to my wife or any of my friends?
Really need this issue to be sorted. Appreciate your help!

Have you talked to Bet365 about this at all?

I did speak to the affiliate team and they asked me to reach out to the bet365 support team which didn't help. Thanks Rick for reaching out to Josh. Hope I get some resolution soon.

I do have same problem with Indian banking system, they have blocked my April invoice payment. What are the alternative options available for me as of now?
