Here we go again .... received this morning:
Dear Affiliate,
bet365 is fully committed to ensuring its compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintaining its high level of customer protection and satisfaction.
As such we have updated out bet365 Affiliates Compliance Policy to include recent guidelines from our UK licensing body the Gambling Commission and it should be adhered to in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of our Affiliate Programme.
In keeping with our Compliance Policy we would like to remind you that as a bet365 affiliate you must ensure any advertising of the bet365 brand and its promotions is clear, transparent and not misleading.
Our revised infraction process is now live and any consistent breaches of this policy will result in an impact to your earnings regardless of the deal or agreement you’re working on and therefore appreciate your support in helping to avoid this.
We strongly recommend you obtain independent legal advice on the compliancy of your advertising.
If you are in doubt regarding the compliancy of any particular material, you must seek our prior approval before publishing it.
If you have any questions or queries in relation to your obligations under the Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions, then please let us know.
Please reply back to this email within seven working days before 16th September with details of all URLs you currently use to promote bet365 and to confirm you understand and agree the terms of our latest Compliance Policy. Failing to reply within the specified time will result in the suspension of your account.
