Bet365 didnt pay me commisions!!!

Hi,

I registerd with bet365 affiliate program and I was promoting their company,I think succesfully because I brought them several high stake players.On 11.January a recieved this email:

Dear affiliate,


After a thorough review we are in the unpleasant situation to suspended your affiliate account and withhold all of your payments due to a breach in our Terms & Conditions.


The term breached is:


"..2.8 Good Faith

You will not knowingly benefit from known or suspected traffic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes us damage. We reserve the right to retain all amounts otherwise due to you under this Agreement if we have reasonable cause to believe of such traffic.

We reserve the right to withhold affiliate payments and/or suspend or close accounts where affiliated customers are found to be abusing any bet365 offers or promotions whether with or without your knowledge. Such situations to include but not be limited to different customers betting both sides of an event or market so as to limit risk and claim bonuses.

I asked them to explain me,what happended.They wrote me:

Dear affiliate,


Your account has been reviewed thoroughly by the senior management team and we are certain that Terms & Conditions have been broken, therefore your account can not be re-opened.

From that time I wrote them several emails,but I recieved no answer.They have to pay me more than 6000 eur for December.I would like to ask all the people with same problem to write a comment and I would like us to find some way,how to resolve this problem and get payed.

I think they have already answered you, Bet365 have a solid name from what I hear, and they have some serious large sites promoting them, 6k is small change to these guy's, Did those two high stake players you brought in bet against each other using bonuses?

Thank you for your answer.All I did was,that I Promoted bet365 on my website.I dont have any knowledge,what my players were doing.That is why I think this is not fair.I cannot influence anybodys betting behaviour and when I asked them,what rule I broked they didnt even answer me.Do you have some advice for me,what to do?Thanks...
