    Default Missing clicks

Has anyone noticed a dramatic drop in clicks over past 2 days with bet365?

You know, It's strange I give them pretty good placements and get around 1 sometimes no clicks.. other days 6 clicks.. but other ads in the same areas get around 50-70 clicks with the same amount of exposure.. I put it down to everyone having a bet365 account?

Interesting you say this are you using mobile / apps by any chance? I've noticed that all app related clicks seem to have suddenly stopped being registered with Bet365 in the last 3 / 4 days.

    Hi,

So I'll list an example of some of the data. It looks like only the test clicks we did from a desktop has been registered and no iPhone clicks have gone through. As we only promote on iPhone.

This shows the Bet365 stats for the 6th and 7th. The 6th was the first day we seen this issue.

This shows a snapshot of our actual click throughs for the 7th green means the click is unique.

    Thanks
    David

Id imagine they are mobile clicks that are missing, can someone from bet365 comment on this?

A lot of my traffic is mobile which would explain it, I get more clicks on banners hidden in bottom right hand corner.. bet365 I have added to every article and top exposure "I have now pulled from prime positions" and got 0 clicks, and even before that like one or two, when usually should be at least 20 clicks minimum,

I've also noticed significant reductions in clicks on Bet365.

My AM says they are aware & looking at it & they believe it is just clicks not registrations affected.

This is at odds with what my AM told me. He confirmed they knew there was a general problem that was being investigated.

    My AM states:
Further to the problem with clicks being recorded, this is an issue that has been looked into internally and we believe it has now been rectified (although we are still monitoring it to prevent any reoccurrence). You should see this reflected in your stats moving forward.

My stats for yesterday look more like they should, it did seem to just affect clicks and not signups but I guess you can never be 100%.

Can anyone test (right now) if bet365 set aff cookie correctly?

    UPDATE:
After some hours it works again.

I have tried bet365 links from lots of different affiliate sites, clearing cache each time & different browsers, same thing. No affiliate cookie from any of them.
