Same here mate. Trying the same myself just now. Doesn't matter what aff link I use, a standard, deeplink, random site I've plucked from google as entry - same thing. So i presume that signups aren't tracking at the moment. Crazy.

I asked if they can track by IP a year or so back, I don't think they can. It's cookie / cookie-overwrite only as expected.

A rep will probably be along with the standard "contact us if you are having issues" message later

Bet365 is the worst performer for clicks.. I have tried 3 main positions and get nothing, Other bookies i place get hundreds of clicks.. I have stopped using the banners

I reported it to my AM who passed it on - it is already back working. As pingpong said earlier it is the members.bet365.com cookie that tracks. That was missing and is now back again. But Pingpong reported seeing it go missing and come back again earlier in the day.

    Hi,

Thanks for making us aware of this. As per the comments in the thread, it looks like any issues that were being experienced have been resolved now, but if you do notice any problems at any stage then please ensure that you contact your account manager as soon as possible so that testing can be carried out.

    Many thanks,

    Steve
