    Default Betbright

Anyone work with Betbright as an affiliate? If my experience as a punter is anything to go by then I can't believe you'd ever make a bean in the longer run.

£30 opening offer so I deposited £30 with the intention of using it all on one bet, however my first bet was limited to £17.50. Can't get a bet of any description on with the remaining £12.50, even £5 on a 3-team football treble is being rejected. Utter madness!

So I'll cease using the account of course. And someone, somewhere at their head office will be scratching their heads wondering why their lifetime value of a punter is so tiny...

I tried them out, never got restricted but the odds were horrendous. Even their 'enhanced' odds were pretty bad.

Just checked my aff stats and I have 40 registrations and -£40 in commission

Those kind of numbers makes sense if my experience isn't a one-off.

Been restricted after a handful of bets in the past with other firms but this takes the biscuit!

    Dear Paul,

    Thank you for contacting BetBright.

Unfortunately your account is restricted to a max stake of £5 per bet and is also restricted from making each way bets. This is a Trading decision and will not be reviewed, sorry about this.

    Kind Regards,

Not sure anyone's going to make a great deal working with these guys given this stance. This was after 1 (losing) bet of £17.50 I hasten to add...

That is shocking, have you had this issue with any other bookmakers? I find it hard to believe even on bet one they think you are too shrewd to allow a £30 bet to go on. Glad I don't promote them there turnover figures must be very low compared to others

I stopped promoting them after similar complaints from a few members
Not just that but they had banners offering best odds guarantee on all races, no terms mentioned or linked to, but it was for singles only, which was hidden away in their T&C's
I had 5 customers sign up & deposit in a week or so and 3 were limited to £5ish within a day or so, this was over the Cheltenham Festival when you would expect some customers be be placing bets of over £5 I would imagine!

Had a similar problem with Ladbrokes in around 2010, never used them since. I had an active account, at least a few years old, I would bet around £200 a week with them on a variety of sports, the account was down around £3000 at the time. I put a tenner on a 2-1 favourite on an all weather track, lost, tried to put £5 on the next race, around the same price, was limited to 56p, I spoke to them and they told me all future all weather bets would be limited to the same stake, no matter the price of the horse as, their words not mine, 'all weather racing is easier to fix'! Needless to say Ladcrookes haven't had another penny from me since.

On some bookies yes, although none after just 1 bet and to be fair it's only tended to be after a win or three so half expected I guess. Not that winning happens that regularly for me though!!

Madness this, I signed up for their affiliate program recently but have yet to stick them on my sites. Might have a trial with them to give them a shot for a couple of months but not expecting much from your experiences.

I wouldn't waste the space, even if you get customers, if they are limited to £5 per bet straight away or further down the line you aren't going to get rich from them ever!

I have never had my bets limited, maybe I should pick a winner or two!!! I certainly won't sign up for them as a punter or affiliate.
