Betfair Affiliate Manager.

Hello,

I need the contact information for a Betfair affiliate manager. My Betfair affiliate account has been frozen due to inactivity (I was renewing my website) and it says I need to contact the affiliate team. However, I've been trying to contact them for 3 months through hxxps://partnerships.betfair .com/ but it's impossible. Nobody responds. Additionally, I've sent dozens of emails to contact email addresses of the program such as affiliates.partnerships@paddypowerbetfair.com, sports.partnerships@betfair.com, contact.partnerships@ppb.com, etc., etc., and I haven't received any response either.

I don't know what else to do. I've been trying to contact them for 3 months. My affiliate account is over 10 years old, and I urgently need to contact the affiliate team but it's impossible. Betfair support has helped by saying they've informed the affiliate department to contact me, but they never do.

Does anyone have a direct contact with a Betfair affiliate manager?

Sorry, it isn't a direct answer to your question but I expect they are receiving your emails and just ignoring them.

We contacted Betfair's complaints team (this was over a year ago now - and done just because I wanted PPB to know how their AM team treated people)

They did say in reply that they'd be taking active measures to improve affiliate communications.. Guess that's not the case. Shocking how bad PPB are with affiliates... zero class.

BF are completely ignorant when comes to reply or giving a help about something. Have stopped working with them 8 years ago.

This is how they do with affiliates - do not respond to their queries or just ignore/ delete their email.
