Swedish casino affiliate steals content

The swedish casino site, SvenskKasinoGuide.com has stolen some contents of my site - ok, just a few lines. The owner doesn't reply to my e-mails.

It looks like she has copied more text in this review but those parts is at least changed a bit - but looks very familiar.

Just as a side note, this affiliate has been online since 2005 and has a web archive since that time.
I cannot find any archive of your site and it looks like your site has only been online for around a year?

Well, my new site has been online for a few months, not even a year, but I have been running other sites for a few years before that, but I decided to quit and closed all my old sites - after a while, I changed my mind and started up this new one. I have probably re-used some of my old texts and in that case, she maybe copied one of my old sites - that could be possible too I think.

Well according to a guy I know (he has been her affiliate manager for some time), this is not the first time she steals text. If I was the one who steals text, why would I tell anyone about it in this forum?

I know this affiliate very well and please dont take this the wrong way but she is very succesful within this business and copy text is not really her thing, but it is possible.

Well, as I mentioned, others says she has copied before.

I know I have written this text, and now it's on her page. How do you explain that? But she is the successful one, so it's probably ok to steal smaller affiliates texts...

The texts are identical, furthermore the review was copied then altered as to remain unique in the eyes of google. Even if the entire review was not copied, that sentence was.

Was live on bergteams site before svenskkasinoguide stole it, I know this because I discovered it myself and notified him of it.
