    Default Betonline affiliate program issues

I have been an affiliate of Betonline for the last 10+ years (since the beginning). In November I suddenly could not access my account but this was resolved with an email.

In December it happened again, and I was told by 'Mark' that it was a mistake and he reopened it. I then got an email saying they are closing my account.

When I signed up I was promised both by the terms and via the affiliate team that I would be paid for life. I was a 'super affiliate' and brought them some great affiliates and worked hard to make it work. It was not a lot of money monthly, but that is not the point. I stopped working with them with various changes in their department. They have never contacted me in all this time – u’d think if they wanted to grow their business they’d email you and ask if there is any way to grow but they take the line of stealing commissions rightfully earned.

    Anyone else going through this?

Im not sure I understand your post, but if you stopped promoting them you can forget about getting paid for life. Theres no way. If their not paying you and your still promoting them then I'd fight it.

Their terms specifically said I'd be paid for life and their AM's at the time agreed. Why should that change? Its dishonest.

Unfortunately we all had to learn already that nothing is lifetime in our industry. If you stop to bring traffic almost all affiliate programs recude your commission or close your account. Nobody cares anymore about agreements from the past and they change just their T&C and thats it.

Sad but this is the true.

We've been ****** by this before at other programs for sure

One thing you might be willing to do, compromise-wise, is put them at the bottom of your recommendations lists? That way a few sign ups trickle in here and there and hopefully are enough to keep your account open and producing commissions from the previous players when you heavily promoted them.

Kudos To Frank from betonline who contacted me today and reopened my account.
May have taken a push to remind them to do the right thing, but they did and i will be speaking with him to discuss re-marketing them.
