    Default Betrally

Hi guys looking for some help with regards to the Deposit bonus offered from Betrally. Does the terms and conditions of the free bet state you must deposit and wager the full £100 to qualify or does it state UP TO £100. I deposited £90 and rolled over the deposit to £315 ( Bet placed at 3.50) qualifying odds min 1.6, but they are stating that i had to deposit the full £100 to be eligable.

I have just had a long discussion with Live Chat and they kept contradicting themselves about the t&c,

I may well be wrong on this but if not i feel they may be in breach of the t&c

Thanks in advance for any help

i believe you must first roll the deposit over first, then the bonus 6 times

did you use the bonus code?

got a contact on skype so just checking for you

    Hi Mate

    Thanks for your reply

I Deposited £90, then placed full amount at odds of 3.50 (Min Req is 1.6)

States in terms that bonus will be credited once deposit has been rolled over once.

My big concern is how many times the operator contradicted himself during the live chat ( which i have a copy of)

    Used bonus code 100RALLY !!

I have had another chat with them and 1st question i asked (with a different operator) was do i have to deposit the full £100 to qualify for the bonus, o was told anything from £15 will receive a bonus, they were then trying to squirm out of it by stating in an email they sent that i MUST place £100 to fulfill the requirement, what a horrid company to deal with.

Did you have any luck with your contact thebookiesoffers ?

I've just spoke to my contact at BetRally and I believe the case is that you deposited £100 and not £90 so your £90 bet didn't cover the rollover terms, i.e all your deposit wasn't rolled over and you still had £10 to go. you then withdrew before you'd met the rollover terms so the bonus is invalid

Just read through again what they said. You deposited £100 first and used the bonus code but bet on something that didn't qualify, you then deposited your 2nd amount of £90 but the bonus code had already been entered for the £100, and then you get to the point I said above

Thank you for taking the time to get a response from them.

That description they gave was spot on, My only grievance was they sent me an email saying they would match my next deposit and were going to waive the first deposit as i had made an error.

Given it up as a bad job anyway, read the t&c more carefully i think !!! Lesson Learnt !!

    Thanks

    Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me out a bit with some information/advice. I signed up with Betrally recently, deposited £100, fulfilled their rollover requirements (to qualify for the 100% bonus) before finally getting spooked by some of the reviews I read online.

I decided to abandon my quest for bonus winnings and cash our early, whereupon my ordeal began. After several lengthy conversations via live chat (during which their agents contradicted themselves in inventive and astonishing ways), I was eventually asked to send in some documents (scans of passport and bank statement) to verify my account.

Did you have any trouble making withdrawals? And, in your personal opinion, is it safe to send these documents off to them? Sorry I've gone on at such length. It's just that they don't inspire much confidence and I need to make sure they're legit.

    Thanks.

Why would you even register with an unknown company such as BetRally when there are tons of safe, reliable options out there?

    betrally withdrawal problems
Hi all, just after some help / advice.

I've won quite a large amount on betrally and have requested withdrawals but they still have not processed them and I still have the option to 'cancel withdrawal request'

I've contacted them several times through online chat and email. I've provided all the proof of id they requested and they just keep saying the withdrawal will be processed soon by our accounts department. They also keep reminding me that withdrawals to debit cards take up to 5 days to be processed. We'll, it's been 6 days since my first request and still nothing.

Has anyone successfully withdrawn to a debit card?

Any advice or replies greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Advice - don't bet with unknown books when you can choose from large numbers of above board, trustworthy companies.
