Anyone else having issues with tracking on Betsson?

I added their new brand (Live Roulette) a few weeks ago and our internal tracking show high levels of click-throughs and sign-ups but nothing is showing up their end. Their live traffic is working correctly but everything else is dead

Have e-mailed them a couple of times but no response. Urgh.

You need to check with them.

In order to promote SuperCasino & Jackpot247 they recently migrated affiliates to the new platform, and in some affiliate's cases they disabled the new accounts that affiliates were migrated to (under new usernames) and the affiliates my perform the due diligence documents before the accounts will be activated. According to what they told me, it didn't matter how many years an affiliate may have been with them, you could not actively receive credit for the above 2 brands before doing the documents.

This may or may not be the issue since you spoke of a different brand, but you might want to ask just in case it is.
