Which is better for gaming? Android phone or IOS?

I actually love playing mobile games specially MMORPG. I am currently using an android phone for gaming and I would love to know if IOS is much better, how is it much better and other difference which can help me decide what kind of phone I am going to purchase next.

If you absolutely have to play games on a tiny 5 inch screen, Android

Reason is simple, a far less closed system, and far higher marketshare which reflects in far more support in tech support, bug fixes as well as available apps.

This made me think of a discussion we had on this a year or so ago about the marketshare. Currently as of early this year Android had close to 70% and IOS was around 25%.

For the gaming experience itself I think the two are comparable, unless you happen to prefer a game that has better support for ipple over android.

I would agree with Rick about Android. For gaming it's much better compared to iOS.

I have a phone on iOS and all the games I have played normally work, so I advise the IOS system

iPad - easily. 10.8` or 12.8` depending on your preference. Too expensive - but best mobile gaming experience possible. I'd say Samsung tablets may also be good, but I've never tried them. Tablet is the way to go, save your eyes the pain of the small screen, no heating, most powerful processors.

The iphone for me. There's a number of good games on the app store and the arcade section, has some quite good classics, to play.

It's been a while since you started this thread, but if you don't mind me asking: do you prefer playing on your phone over a laptop/desktop? Or are you asking in case you can only do it on a mobile phone and there are no other options available?

I find myself more comfortable using larger screens, although I understand that others may enjoy being able to play with a device they can carry in their pocket.

I can't wait to try out more immersive technologies, though
