    Default Betting Partners Reporting Issue?

As those who use it know, the Betting Partners brands went through a major overhaul around the end of July. When this occurred, they reported that they were experiencing reporting issues with all affiliates. They claim that this has been fixed, but I'm skeptical that I'm not getting credit for all my signups. Every other aspect of their reporting does appear to now be correct though.

Without digging too much into the detail, here is my story and why I think something is up:
-All the pages/posts that I use to promote the Betting Partners brands have had more year-over-year August hits (i.e. 2015 vs. 2014).
-All of the other brands that I promote on those same pages/posts are both up in clicks and signups.
-While my clicks are up year-over-year in August on Betting Partners brands, my signups are down 59%.
-Since January of 2014, my historical signup rate to click rate has been roughly 15%. Since the end of July that has dropped to 6.5%. Again, this rate hasn't changed with anyone else I promote.

Anyways, I'm not believing that this is happening by chance, but I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed anything similar.

It could be the New landing page is not converting well? However I noticed last month that signups were showing a couple of day's late.. College starts tomorrow so that will be the real test,... only other reason is if they changed last click to first click for cookie tracking?

    Hi,

Just wanted to pipe in here. Our partner brands had an overhaul in July/August with the unveiling of their new website(s). During the transition all affiliate tags were carried over and are tracking in the new website(s). If for some reason you think that your links are not tracking, please contact your account manager, we have not had ANY reports thus far but will investigate if you feel as though something is up.

In terms of year over year changes, google has gone thru a major update in the past 12 months. Many affiliates who may have been ranking for high converting keywords last year, may not be on the same keywords this year and vice versa. Please keep in mind to compare apples to apples when looking at year over year change.

Affiliates will notice that August stats will change/update over the next 48 hours as we are starting to process August earnings and all the data is being reimported to the system.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns please contact support[at]bettingpartners.com, put in a ticket in the affiliate system or contact your account manager.

    Best regards,
    BP Support

http://record.bettingpartners.com/ is down as every start of NFL season. Year after year. Please all check and swap your links now if you have some US bettors.

I also got a pingdom alert, seems to be back up now, my alert shows that they went down after kick off around 1:25-1:30pm eastern and were back online around 1:50pm eastern.

I alerted them at :46 and they reported swiftly. Went back at :00 exactly.

I think they were down from about :40, but before that they slowed down so the alert was probably triggered.

5dimes had issues now too, but there I have even problem to tell them what is going on. Last time I went to chat, desperate. They were thinking I am a player..

Well I gave that traffic to intertops...

Definitely something seriously weird going on. I used to consistently do 5-6 RMP a month with them (50% signup to RMP) and I've notched one in the last 2 months from 10 signups. Have a decent back catalogue of players such that I consistently did $xxxx a month with them. August was low $xxx and this month I'm still in $xx. Also the first month ever I've had zero activity from players my old deal with them which ended about 3 years ago.

Sent a support ticket a couple of days ago and no answer. Starting to lose patience now.

For me stats of past players are accurate. Just traffic issues. And occasionally the stats disappear. Also they transfer poker players to Ignition.

Since they did the ignition migration, the sign ups look inflated unless you actually drill down, the players that migrate their accounts show up as new sign ups, when really they are old players who migrated their accounts. My historical stats continue to show consistant behaviors from my players, if there is any program in the US market I trust, its these guys.

I think you might be on to something. Poker accounted for over $1k every month for me this year. September: 28 cents! But in the Ignition Casino segment of the sidebar there's $0.00....Agh...I wish they'd answer the support ticket...Maybe there's reporting issues with the transition.

That's even more worrying since I was so reliant on poker and have seen zero on Ignition in terms of clicks or signups or revenue
I also trust them more than pretty much anyone, but their support certainly seems more 'distant' than some other brands I work with.

Only "new" non migrated players will show under the ignition block, the migrated ignition players will continue to show under your Bodog/Bovada deal stats, click on reports tab and then activity report, and you should see the migrated ignition player stats there.

There is some problem with showing the ignition signups. When you go into in-depth chart, there are significantly less ignition "signups" compared to the stats on hompeage, where you can scroll with mouse in day by day stats. How those two numbers can differ was not explained to me either fully, but I trust them too.

This is how it was explained to me:

"The Traffic Summary graphic shows the number of new depositors, while the report shows the number of unique new depositors.

This is the difference between the two pages.
Let me know if you need anything else."

Hi everyone! I do not know if it just happens to me, but Betting Partners links do not work, are they blocked? What's going on?

    they blacklist some IPs
and they also temporary blacklist IPs that have too many sessions in too short time

there were big issues during past weeks (during MM), now it seems they finally fixed it
