BetVictor & Victorsaffiliates - yet another scam! [blacklisted]

Just got e-mail. They have changed the T&C, and now they can do everything... If you don't deliver them players in a certain month they have right to close your account and confiscate your commission. No chance to recover.

I regret to inform you that after a thorough investigation of your affiliate account and your referred players, your account has been closed for being in breach of our terms and conditions specifically:

3.3 BetVictor reserves the right to:

3.3.2 withhold Commission and close any Affiliate Account which BetVictor considers, in its sole discretion, to be an Inactive Account. Each decision will be influenced by:
(a) the last login date;
(b) number of clicks;
(c) number of impressions; and
(d) referrals;


-Account Inactivity definition-

An affiliate account which the Affiliate:

(a) Has not logged into for three consecutive months or more; and/or
(b) Has not referred at least three active, depositing players per calendar month

Been on the blacklist for a few years now!

In my opinion, they are getting more "greedy" because they lose market share and they want to compensate their losses with the affiliates' commission. Thank God, there are still far better affiliate programmes that respect their own T&C and don't try to be wiser than they think. I believe that Karma eventually punish those who have wronged us.

latestbonuses, that's just unacceptable. Have you approached your affiliate manager about this? I think you should to see if you can come to a reasonable agreement with them.

I sent a email to my affiliate manager but still no retry. It is really a crazy move because our account had many active players every month from the last 6 years we was working with them.
