Betway LIFETIME commission... but...WARNING

Hello. I'm sorry about my bad english.

Betway promise (from Betway.biz website): "As a Betway.com Partner you will earn a LIFETIME commission on every customer you introduce. Also, you will earn money on all customer activities on the Betway.com site, no matter which product – Sportsbook, Poker, Casino or Games, and with no duration limit..."

But at terms and conditions says:
"14.10 The Operator will only make payments where the affiliates account generates a minimum of 1 (one) new paying customer within a 3 (three) month period. Failing this, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, withhold Commission payment."

So commissions are for lifetime or not?

What happens if I send 1 or 10 or 100 real players today but do not send more players in a year? After three or six months I will receive no more commissions from my still active real players?

We do state that you will earn lifetime commission however there always terms and conditions which are agreed to when joining an affiliate program. As long as all terms are met, your lifetime commission will continue to be paid.<o></o>
We are quite flexible with our affiliates and will always try and work closely with them to ensure both parties are benefiting from the relationship.<o></o>
Clause 14.10 is in place to ensure we have an ongoing relationship that builds income for all involved.<o></o>

The revenue share was cancelled as no new players were brought to us for over 16 months.<o></o>
We have been in contact with you to offer a resolution and try and increase your revenue share with us so hopefully this can be resolved today.<o></o>
