    Default Big Apple Affiliates Issues

    Dear fellow affiliates,

Is there anyone else having problems with Big apple affiliates powered by Progress play?

The links are not working and we are unable to login to our account.

    Thanks!

bigappleaffiliates.com is operational, but anything relating to affiliates.bigappleaffiliates.com produces a 404.

    Got e-mail....

    Dear affiliate,

This week, the shareholders of Big Apple Malta Ltd did make an important decision about the (dis)continuation of the Malta operation. As you might know, the Company has major problems with its banker in Malta (SATA Bank), which has led financial difficulties. These difficulties have unfortunately also influenced the operational activities of the company and the shareholders of the Company have decided to stop all activities in regarding Casino Big Apple and Big Apple Affiliates.

We regret to inform you that we will be shutting down the casino Big Apple and the Big Apple Affiliate program.

Please remove all Casino Big Apple links & banners from your sites.

Thank you for your help and co-operation over the past years.

    Kind regards,

    Big Apple Affiliates.

We haven't had issues with them up till now. The affiliate manager looked quite professional when we needed assistance.

Let me guess, another poor man's white label. The bank excuse, is just like the 'processor' excuse given to players. Nothing spells Cash-Flow-Issues louder, than badly thought out BS.

BTW, casinobigapple.com is still operational, and still accepting new player registrations.

As far as affiliate commissions, maybe the owner(s) cleaned out those funds. Wouldn't be the 1'st time!

I'm not defending them as I never heard of them but noticed SATA bank being mentioned: If they're having issues with SATA Bank (Malta Gvt froze customers assets last October - but they did begin paying out customer balances a few months ago) I can see why they'd have cashflow issues...

SATA Bank scandal caused so much BS for a lot of people, myself included.

If all the casino's funds etc., etc., were sitting in one bank (which I doubt), then their fools. What generally happens. The CFO releases funds, which then get wired from one bank to another. Casinos usually have funds sitting in multiple banks. It's a safeguard for this exact issue.

Back when Greece froze accounts, some casinos and affiliate programs used that excuse for both affiliates and players, when clearly it was BS. If BigApple were caught up in the SATA mess, then their CFO et al would have instructed their processor, to reroute incoming funds.

It is shite, most of the casinos have their funds in mutiple bank accounts. You do not count to one bank, maybe it is a different issue.

They do not and will not pay most obviously to their players and affiliat which is a complete shame.

Why all and most of the program when sinking try to make us feel sorry for them? What a pitty? When we - affiliates invest, bring players and lose commissions, who is taking responsibility ?

I remember one case with bwin - shite win totally. They penetrated the Bg market for one month, then closed all aff account ( said most of the players are too smart and occused in fraud) and all the money invested and commission lost by affiliates just went away.

So beware fro GVC - **** win. And if any of these companies are having any ethics or moral feelings, just can apologize face 2 face when we meet on conferences
