    Default big wins

Golden Balls is my main casino I promote. They have been very good and reliable. However 2 weeks ago someone won $20,000 on the casino. Then a week later someone else won $25,000. Before the most I had ever lost in a whole day was about $2000.
It is going to take me ages to pay this $45,000 off, but I also have quite a few gamblers there who are still gambling, but are not helping me.
Does anyone have any advice of what to do in such a situation?

email them and ask if they will zero out the negatives for the month... if they don't - then remove the banners and promote someone else.

Many casinos will be happy to wipe out an affiliates negative balance - particularly if they have been a good affiliate previously. I have never had players win that much but have had players win the odd $10,000 here and there and most of the casinos I promote have been happy to wipe out the negative. Plus you never know - those players may not know exactly where the cash out button is and play it back...

    Good luck

Ask them if they will zero out the negative. This would mean that they take the players that one out of your profile. If they won't do this, then don't take them off your site completely, simply drop them down. You never know, those winners may play the money back and if you do still have a few players there, let them eat away your negative.
Then find another casino to promote. If you like Federation casinos, there are a few that are very good, like http://www.playersutopia.com

Thanks for the advice. Victor has told me that I am one of his best partners and he does not want to loose me. But if I leave him I am also leaving 250 gamblers under my affiliate.
