We work with them. We don't do huge amounts with them, mostly bingo. We've have had no issues so far

Yes, we work with them. KYC is a normal practice for many programs now. It can be a very cumbersome and annoying process and unfortunately the docs are not guaranteed to be safely or securely filed and protected.
