The 365betbit site for sure has nothing to do with Bet365. Bet365 plays open game. They do not hide under whois protection. They have multibillion business.They cannot afford to play with their licences even unofficially via twin sites.
I agree that most casinos can not or do not want to integrate BTC and they should look for some whitelabel solutions. And I am sure they will, but we can not expect that from the biggest brands who have the best market positions and currently live their dream and cash.
Smaller shops in less regulated industries, who target markets where BTC has additional value because it can overcome government blockades (US, TR, BR...) should be IMO the first with BTC implementation. Gamblers in the UK for example really have no reason to bother with BTC, unless they are the coolest hipsters ever. So UK bookies have the least incentive from whole world to implement Bitcoin. Every government will hate such shops.
