    Yes, after the dust settles and transactions on BTC and BCC chains are ok, hopefully sooner than 20th Aug, but we must wait.

    You:
    1. transfer all the bitcoins to a new wallet
    2. wait for confirmations, maybe more than 6 rather
    3. use either the seed for BCC Electrum wallet or private keys anywhere to get access to BCC

    The safe BCC wallet yet has to be confirmed.

    Thanks for the advise on getting Bitcoin into our own wallets, just completed the process. Now we need to sit and wait to see what happens on the first. I used a wallet called JAXX that was very simple and easy to install and set-up and transfer funds.
