Thomas Peterffy, CEO of Interactive Brokers, says "[Interactive Brokers] realise that [they] have to open the ability to short it". Peterffy believes, "it’s suicidal to sell this contract, because it can run away with you. How much a bitcoin is worth, nobody knows"

Sorry but this graph says nothing.
These are different times and different industries. But even if you want compare the two charts, then please use the same base (index BTC to 1997) and please use the same time scale (right now NEMAX it's 2.5 years vs 1.25 years) - this chart is comparing apples with pears. If the time scale was the same, BTC would be in mid-1998, so it would be supposed to triple in the next 12 months before reaching the NEMAX top...
