With "19. Affiliate program reserves the right to hold Affiliate's account for public slander and insults towards the support and administration of the Affiliate program and / or projects." this program is nothing else than a shady thieves guild, and this post verifies it.

A "Gold Sponsor" who is allowed to use terms like that is a shame for the whole industry!

By the way:



They are too stupid or too lazy (see it the way you want) to change the terms also under the Swedish flag -although they are also written in English.

You have now changed the terms and conditions also for Swedish webmasters on the quiet in less than 72 hours after your official statement here from Tuesday.

I too have initially believed that the limit was at a 10k, but after contacting the representatives directly, was told that it's at 100k. Now it's changed on our site https://automatenherz.com/online-casino/casino-x/ and I wonder, maybe the sourced you've used are too far from the clientele of these products? While these sites have tons of valuable information, they are clearly made with the single purpose of attracting search engine traffic and not all of the info on them is a) true b) regularly updated. I'd try checking further into EU and maybe even CIS casino review sites.

While I see that there is a principle involved and a bad affiliate must be taught a lifelong lesson, you guys do understand that all this is like water off a duck's back to them?

I don't mind PoshFriends. Not really a fanboy, but they have not wronged me...yet.

This, however seems to have turned into a witch hunt. For a group that preaches so much ethics and morals, you guys sure like to kick a person when they are down and outnumbered.

The only person who was down was the webmaster, and this webmaster was outnumbered by a large number of malicious terms.

This thread has surely been going on for quite some times now.
I do understand both side of the story here but as far as I am concerned and without doing wrong to anyone I do think that the program is here at least to 90% of the initial case.

let it be said, we as webmasters are not forced to sign up to every program. Most of them if not all have different terms and conditions and it is our duty and responsibility to be aware of them before signing up.
We are quick to point the finger at any program that doesn't not respect his own T&C, in regards to payment, change of deals or whatever else and we have all the right to do so.
On the other hand, we also have to respect the terms set by the program, like strict advertising methods, spam policy, inserting some sentences at the end of promotional articles or whatever and in this case its all about "correct information".

I did not take the time to go over Poshfriends T&C but saw at the beginning of thread as per @Katja_PoshFriends that there is term in regards to this specific case, so as a partner to this program, you should respect that. enough said.

Is there a point in your otherwise personal attack? Did anything I said implied that I didn't get extra lucky with these guys? (Edited before you take it out of context too: I am talking about the link which is not uncommon between partners)

Consider how you defend freedom of speech with the foam in your mouth but as soon as someone expresses an unpopular opinion, you go spend your "precious" time digging dirt on them personally and use it's irrelevance to distract others from the fact that you show signs of just being unable to carry on an adult discussion.

Oh by the way, on the same site you won't find partners other than PF if you will want to use that in your next reply. Wouldn't want you to spend more "precious" time digging.

I don't know and am somewhat careless towards who you are, but it feels like mature moderation rather than self-righteous crusade might be called for in this particular scenario.

Hope the Webmaster was left with the feeling that justice has been given to him in the end.

A good history book about Roman history demonstrates, what a forum really is. It is made for the needs of the many. And I never made a secret of my opinion on this subject.

Now to the real important thing:

The webmaster obviously received his money, and no one can reverse the payment.
Law and justice have been respected.
And it was not a goodwill payment.
It was his right to receive the money.

I extend my gratitude to Moonlight Cat. Without his efforts and disclosures this shady program, that has now the worst terms in the casino affiliate industry, that is proven unable to keep the word, without his efforts a payment never would be done.

Moonlight Cat's strategic performance was a great success, and I am very proud to have such an intelligent comrade here on this forum. The webmaster should take his performance as a model for the future.

I like the PoshFriends program, but I do think that they handled this issue badly. Having said that, I don't understand why the webmaster concerned refused to make the required changes.

As to their recent t&c changes, the new clause does seem overly forceful, and I am not happy about that. But then, many programs will contact you and ask for inaccurate information to be corrected. And I belive that many programs have terms that allow them to close your account if you breach their advertising guidelines, or other guidelines, and to withhold already earned commission.

I'm not so happy about terms like that in general, but that is the business we're in.

I cetainly don't think that PoshFriends has the worst terms in the industry.

Sidney, you are not right. This is not usual business practice to withhold money, that I earn. And each new affiliate should know that his money can blocked if he can't make something what PoshFriends want.

If you are on the tropical beach with pretty girl and PoshFriends change something in their casinos - don't wait your money one the wallet. Or stop your vacation and start to work.

It s not normal T&C items for other companies.
