    The whole FTC thing is a joke... but just to be safe I did add a disclaimer on my blog. I'm surprised they didn't require a hyperlink back to their site to improve their PR.

    I agree... it is a joke. I don't understand how they will ever practically enforce the law, but this is the Federal Government we're talking about. They don't mind going to absurd lengths when the almighty dollar is involved.
