Exclamation Which bookies offer special deals for World Cup and CPA deals?

    Dear GPWA members,

Maybe you can help me with this one, which European licensed Bookmakers have special deals for the world cup and offer CPA deals, what is a reasonable deal for CPA ? When i understand right , their is no long term commitment with CPA deals, in and out like the SAS?, do they all pay? We have avoided any type of affiliates but this looks a good alternative for the big tournament that is coming.

    Thanks in advance

    Default Affiliates/websites legal situation

I have another question which obviously effects the affiliate and any other service business---what about VAT , has a company wouldn´t this have to be charged?, i know individuals can take this on their bank accounts but i refer to a company, if their is a sales tax/vat the bookmaker wouldn´t want to pay it so going offshore, Hong Kong-Belize-Panama or such would probably be the way to go, is their any reason why the bookmakers wouldn´t accept invoices from such locations? I think proper structuring is very important in a world where governments are paranoid about taxes, being efficient is a must!

I am based in Panama as an affiliate and operator, as well as originally from the US. As for VAT this is specific to European and the UK area. If you are an affiliate invoicing a UK company from the UK then you will be subject to VAT. However if you are invoicing a company outside the UK then they do not have a VAT number and would not invoice you for this amount. However you may still need to pay VAT but you need to look this up on a case-by-case basis.

Thanks Simon Eaton for your input, We have an Hong Kong structure we use for other business and one consideration is to feed through that channel (we will also sell information and introduce a betting fund at the start of the new season),the alternatives for us are Panama like you mentioned although the three directors concern me a little, Belize has the banking system looks competitive and offers the services we require, or Gibraltar which would mean moving to another location with the bank account, the latter would work better for payment providers in that we could pay normal fees but their is the added risk and banking is more complicated------------I was more interested in how the betting companies see the situation and if it effected deals!

Every bookmaker will have a world cup offer. I get so many just from casinos as well.
