Bookmakers APPs

Hi

I have just been checking the mobile version of one of my sites to see that all links were working correctly etc and I have noticed that some bookmakers are now offering the option to download their APP when people clicking from my mobile site go to the bookmakers landing page.

Does anyone know which bookmakers track this customer to the affiliate if they take the APP route and download the APP instead of signing up via the normal website?

Can you track customers this way?

If NOT then can the bookmakers create landing pages for us that do not give this option?

I think bookmakers will have to give us alternative landing pages if APP traffic cannot be tracked otherwise the merchants that don't track or give different landing pages may be given less exposure by affiliates?
