Hello!

I would like to ask if anyone knows affiliate programs of bookmarkers under my requirements, which are:

- Able to pay to my moneybookers account
- Have revenue comission 20-40%
- No negative carry over to the nex month (they need to reset to 0 each month)
- And precentag of comission don't change and they don't delite my account if I have just one customer for my affiliate program life time (for ever).

I really hope anyone knows that kind of affiliate programs of bookmarkers...
