sometimes I also have thought about this. if people click on affiliate link then what about bounce rate.

Initially moved due to being offtopic.

Spend a bit of time reading through the threads here at the GPWA as there have been a number of discussions about this over the years.

I am sure others may post their thoughts about this as the topic is revisited.

In my experience, high bounce rate has no impact on a ranking position (ie. Negatively)

but (I think) it will depend to some extent on the query.

query - what’s the best casino game to play at breakfast time.

answer - the best casino game to play at breakfast time is blackjack at 888casino because xxxxxx

result- you answered the query in seconds and (italics, don’t know how to do it on mobile) you gave a solution too.

so, no problem with bounce rate.

low Bounce rate in this scenario might (again, italics) be signalling the answer to the query is not obvious ( but probably is useful in other ways)


ofc there are lots of nuances to how this might work

Bounce Rate is less important in my opinion when looking at pages with affiliate links, besides bounce rate is no ranking factor.
