Brightshare Commissions Update

Another commissions update or ... you be the judge.

Brightshare have updated their wire payment criteria back to $1000 minimum (a few months ago, they changed from $1000 to $500, which was nice.. Now it's back to $1000).

Additionally, though, they added some new payment options. See the full change at:
