Brightshare down?

Is it just me or Brightshare website (and all the aff links that go through Brightshare) down?
Anyone else who cannot access the site?

Hmm, I had to delete all my cookies from brightshare.com to be able to see the page... Guess they made some more changes since my last visit..

Hi All,

Yesterday we (and some affiliates too) experienced problems loading our site. After deleting temporary files and cookies, the site loads fine. So please try this solution if you're having trouble loading our site.

We are still checking what caused the problem and will let you know.

Just some tips: if sometimes when you are in marketing tools and the filters don't work properly, you can refresh the page and it will be alright.

I don't have problem load the site. It may also depend with what browser you use. IE I think still have problem with their cookies feature. I use firefox by the way.

Funny, it is the other way round in my case. FF is not working, even after clearing cookies, but no problem with IE8.

I am using Chrome and FF and I had problems in both browsers.
I have cleared all brightshare cookies and now it works fine.

I wonder if this effects future players who have already my BS aff cookie on their machine or not.

Don't know if this tells you all anything about where the problem is, but I can't access using http://www.brightshare.com

If I remove the www, http://brightshare.com I get thru fine.

One of you technical geniuses should be able to figure it out, but I seem to recall this kind of problem being related to an "A" Record on the server?

Where is Universal?
Rick should know the answer to this.
I'll send him a PM and maybe he can help out.

Hi,

Eventualy the site had problem because our IT did some changes on the site. It should be fixed now.

If you still see blank page, clean the temp file and cookies again, and this should be your last time cleaning the temp and cookie file to view the site.

Let me know if this problem insists.

If deleting a cookie does in fact fix the issue, does that mean yuour cookies are non-over-writable?

Don't know if this helps, but this is the error message I get.

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

Hi All,

Eventually it's not a cookie issue. Our IT guys were working on some affiliate system codes ... they did put back the deleted codes ... still checking and fixing this problem. Hopefully this will be ok very soon.

Meanwhile I see brightshare.com leads to blank page, while www.brightshare.com does load the page, I've requested already to make brightshare.com load the page as well

Will update you guys once the issue will be completely solved.

Hi All,

I am happy to let you know that we finally fixed all problems which were causing brightshare.com not showing yesterday.

You can either type in browser brightshare.com or www.brightshare.com, all should load the site alright, and for all browsers

Not working at all for me today, tried with IE and Firefox, with and without cookies. Site is inaccessible, all banners aren't loading...
