Brofist - Missing payments of +30k€

Please be aware of BrofistPartners. With +30k€ pending payments, they use every single tactic to retroactively discuss traffic that has been delivered on agreed rates and terms. This operator is a fraud by the core definition and you shall expect nothing but people running from the bill.

We are eager to resolve this issue, but the affiliate has not cooperated with our request below:

When our Affiliate team asked them to provide additional info, such as- Websites on which they promoted us, all the banners and texts that they used at the same time
- Information on all other sources from which they attracted players, target, creatives, text
- Examples of the advertising campaigns.

The affiliate failed to provide any of the requested information.

According to our T&C’s all partners are only allowed to start driving the traffic after accepting all the terms (point 2.1). Point 2.7 clearly indicates that the Affiliate team are entitled to request additional data in case they believe traffic sources have been misplaced or have some questions regarding the traffic quality in general. This data has not been provided by the affiliate and, moreover, they have left the conversation after having received the first part of the payment and when asked to provide the information.

It is also important to mention that we were ready to discuss the full payment with them upon submission of the aforementioned details, which we are, again, entitled to do based on our T&Cs. By not collaborating the other side has breached the terms of the agreement and therefore hasn’t received the outstanding payment. We hope the affiliate will communicate with us and reply to our request.

Brofist Partners contacted us regarding this issue. They have reached out to the affiliate multiple times to sort things out, but the affiliate has not cooperated. I reached out the affiliate to see if discussions can move forward.
