Bug on CasinoCity

For Michael attention: impossible to setup in "My preference" option "Any Location". When i click to another CasinoCity page, Location automaticaly change from "Any Location" to my current location. I tried from PC and mobile. The same bug in all devices.

When you make the change,

Do you see underneath the "change to xxxx" ?

The first time I tried a location change it reverted back to Florida and did not say that, but the second time I tried it (changing to Pennsylvania) I saw this after making the change (obviously reading my local ip)

Change to Florida
Florida matches the rough location associated with your internet provider connection.

But further searches even after the change will say things like

Not legally authorized in Florida.

Yes. They offers me to change location to Khon Kaen, this is the city with 449km from me (I am in Bangkok, the Capital of Thaialnd). And i don't know why, because this is not the state.

Anyway is impossible to find any brands. For example i would like to find German language casinos that accept german language. Or turkish language brands that accept players from Turkey, or English language brands that accept players from Malaysia. But all this options don't work. After i leave "My Preference" page all options for me automaticaly setup to:


Language: Russian
Country: Thailand (display offer to change to Khon Kaen city),
Currency: Any currency.


after i leave "My Preference" page. The same problen on desktop and mobile.

We've made a number of changes in the past few days, so I'd be very appreciative if you let me know if you still see any issues. I know our development staff reproduced an issue and then fixed it. And I also know that there were issues with determining location based on the IP address from which our servers received the request versus the IP address of the site visitor. We use cloudflare, so that meant the incoming request IP address was not visitor's IP address.

At first look the problem is fixed now. But i will try to check more deep later today.

Thanks Moonlight, our tests have also shown that the searches are correct now, and you can change the geo any time as long as you do so on the preferences page.

If any of the behavior looks incorrect, let us know the details of what type of search you were performing so we can let the development staff the details.
