Buying Traffic

I recently bought 25 000 targeted unique visitors from idirecttraffic - extreme tracker didn't indicate 25 000 unique hits - can someone be so kind and tell me did I waste my money? And where can I go and promote my site for $20 (that's what I have left in my budget)? :-?

Have you brought the fact you are not happy with idirectraffic? Forward them a copy of your stats and query whether indeed you did receive 25,000 hits. Maybe there is something they can do to fix it

There are a couple of members here who have very good traffic packages which maybe when you get a little extra in your budget you may consider.

Lastly there are a couple of good free "clicking for hits" programs such as share-traffic.com and clickitycash. These are mainstream non gambling traffic and clicking is very laborious BUT I caught a whale from share-traffic last month which made the repetative strain injury from clicking a little less painful.

Right Im going for the "i forgot to say" record on this one :LOL: With the 25,000 unique hits package Gamblers Bliss did you note the timescale for which hits count as unique. Sometimes traffic packages hide the small print saying a unique is only valid for 24 hours - the next day the same person becomes a unique visitor again?

Speaking of time limits on uniques hits, I think I got nailed there because I did see duplicate IP's in the span of a couple of hours tho. :-?

Well this is what they said (I don't mean to bad mouth these guys maybe extreme tracker couldn't keep up with the amount of hits?!? or i misread their offer, etc)

"As we count the number of displays in the form of a pop under in our network

accurate. Most count actual clickthroughs which is not the service we
provide. We have displayed the URL supplied within our network in the form
of a full page pop under as you ordered. Clickthough rates which may be the
results from your counting service is on average 3-7% per volume, which does
