    Default Bwin discussion and me

This discussion could be useful for those working or intending to work with bwin.

Take away customers is very serious

    The true reality is this:
    1. Bwin makes me a partner.
    2. You make me work for years.
    3. one morning you wake up and I exclude the gain clients you've brought me.

Practically, bwin me loose a contract with 5 days notice taking all my customers and giving me two altrnative. A) earn 30 euros for each player. B) you are free to go elsewhere.

I already reported this matter in a post on this blog a few months ago, now I have the pleasure to deal directly with a manager of bwin.

For all webmasters promoting sites sports betting bwin, I invite them to follow a discussion between me and a subsidiary of bwin manager ...
You can follow the story from here

Hi zensc - Bwin has always been a stand up group to promote. Sure they had their challenges along the way such as payment methods and time it took for payments to process. But overall it was a great brand to promote.

The major problem lies in the fact they are now changing their terms and most webmasters including myself are classifying them as Predatory.

The one area where I am concerned is around the fact were forced to accept the new contracts they stipulated and when i asked what would happen if we disagree I was told then the relationship and contract with Bwin would be terminated. This mean I lose everything.

So with these terms in order and the new retroactive terms - affiliates are being help hostage because if we agree were screwed and if we disagree were screwed.

The best line of defense for existing affiliates of Bwin is to agree to the terms, but state you are only agreeing to them because you feel forced to. You need to explain to them your only doing it to save your account from being closed.

Many affiliates including myself are going to do as much as we can to pressure Bwin into reverting back to affiliate terms.

As affiliates start to see the negative impact of the new program expect to read allot more of these horror stories as affiliates lose revenue, get their accounts shut down and the like.

Things will get allot worse before they get better. I am still hopeful and almost 100% certain they will remove these terms in 60 days.

Thankfully this happened just as I was going to start serious promotion of bwin. Now I am removing every trace of them from my site.

There was but not in the public forum mate. I do not want to do anything wrong and post what was said so maybe its best to ask Michael if he can post here mate. I don't want to over step any boundries on this one.

Very much looking forward to hearing what was going on. At the conference I found it very surprising that pretty much nobody said anything when the Bwin representative - Gerhard Falb - held his speech.

As far as i know there is dialogue continuing. But nothing concrete. More of "lets wait and see". There was a discussing on private board. But i do not know if I would be out of line to post it. I suggest asking Michael if he can post the thread here in public.

Not much more to add. But if you really feel strongly mate about the issue and want to help in a productive way please link to http:www.belosers.com and make a siggy in your forum posts.

Every bit helps in this case as many of continue to get the message across that we will not lie down on this.
