Bwin.Party list of excluded countries from May 1

It's in Romanian and what i understand from it is that Bwin.Party will stop accepting players from the following markets from May 1, 2013:
Argentina,
Armenia,
Bielorusia,
Brazil,
Columbia,
Croatia,
Cyprus,
Finland,
Greece,
Hungary,
Letonia,
Lituania,
Macedonia,
Poland,
Serbia,
Slovenia,
Ukraine.

Anybody know about this?

2 major romanian bettings forums received this email from Bwin. So and I and this is certain: Bwin,Gamebookers and Partybets will not accept new players from my country from 1 May 2013.

does this include party brands or only bwin brands?

It includes Bwin & Party brands but they will still accept these countries at AffClub
