I see revenue missing on the 3rd and 4th but do see revenue on the 6th and 7th. I have verified the missing revenue from the 3rd does exist, but is not being reported properly.

They had this issue a few months back and had it fixed before the end of the month, so hopefully they will get it fixed sooner this time....

1 week ago i asking about the payments from January and December 17 - 31 . And they say that they will make a cashier account during the process by calculated the revenue. But still now Tuesday... i still not have receive any response or update.. i guess they think lets make delay again for 1 extra week or something.. like they dont care about whole situation. If you not even cant take the time to response or not even can say a datum to only let us know whats going on. This its like my employee dont pay me for 2 months now and dont call me back. pfffff what a amateurs.

They can Sponser Real Madrid for 20-30 millions in a year.. but when it cames to the affiliate part.. ( the ones) that make bwin famous.. then they let us all stuck in this... normally a proffesional bet company like bwin.. must fix this in maximum 1 week. I guess now the whole process of migrating bwin to bwinparty is really now takes already 3,5 month.

It makes me sick to only think that they not response and not give their best support for the affiliate clients.

What a mess arround the bwinparty affiliate part.. cant believe it

today I finaly got the logindata for partycashier, but no Money to cashout. December and Janurary have not been transfered to partycashier yet. Also as reported above no stats since Feb6.
At least it seems something is moving. The complexidy of such migration is enormous so we need a little Patience I guess - which does not excuse that we are not informed about anything!

[nlaffiliate]

anyone got a payment/response from them yet the last days? I still haven't received payment for last 2months and no response whatsoever..

[Davidos]

I can not sign up for the cashier.
I said I got this answer by e-mail:
"We request you to login to your account and change the email address registered as it is linked to your players account. Once done we will be able to create cashier and process the payment."

I do not understand this quote: "The email address registered as it is linked to your players account"

Can someone explain to me what I have to change my email account?

[universal4]

You MUST use a different email address for the cashier than the affiliate account.

Bwin(Partybets,Gamebookers) will not accept new romanian players from 1 May 2013. http://www.sport.ro/sporturi/lovitur...-si-ce-se.html

I dont know if its worth me starting a new thread here, as although this is part of Bwin this is about Bingo and the companies they purchased called herotech and cashcade.

I've actually made the decision to remove all these sites from my bingo comparison site as I have been chasing a payment from December 2013. The payment was for just about over £100 so not really worth me chasing but I wanted it paying out of principle.

They asked me to send numerous e-mails asking where i was getting my reports from, which i sent screenshots (they couldnt see those for some reason, perhaps they had their eyes closed) Then i sent a link to a screenshot, that wasnt acceptable either. Then after much deliberation I was told that I was too late and 183 days had passed which meant they couldn't pay me those commissions.

I have sent many e-mails now to Kerrie Bonds who has not responded, apart from once when she said she was going to look into the payment problem straight away.

I would suggest if you have a lot of your eggs in this basket that you start promoting some other brands as there is obviously some problems with this company in terms of responding to affiliates and making payment.

There generally seems to be a lack of care for their brands since they purchased these companies and its a shame to see such high quality brands get destroyed.

I have personally seen an issue a few months back where one of the reps had trouble recieveing emails that had attachments. If I recall it only happened at the partygaming domain and we ended up using a different email to get the attachments through. Double check with the person you are working with if they have a different email in order to get the attachments, just in case that helps.

bwin has big money but never see many affiliates work with them. Too bad because they could be the biggest betting brand in the world if they tried to work with affiliates.

[Benitho]

I just found out, that apparantly they confiscated (as in "stole") all the Gamebookers-clients. Gamebookers-stats all of a sudden vanished from the reports, even from way back when...

My AM wrote me: "Gamebookers is not an acquisition brand anymore, please promote Bwin instead"

I`m rarely speechless...
