C-Planet Login Issues?

is anyone else hvaing problems logging into their c-planet accounts?

No problems logging in on our end. C-Planet recently sent us an e-mail with an updated password, maybe you should check your inbox to see if they've send you an e-mail containing the new password for security reasons. Once you've logged into your account you could always change it.

I received the email as well. It was sent on June 29th, if that helps you locate it.

i also received that but its not working. i'll contact them. does anyone have a current contact email that can send me? my newest c-planet contact is on holiday ...

Haven't gotten the new password from them. Why would they change it without request?

I suppose it's for security reasons.

Ahh, I thought it was just me when checking at the end of the month. No, password gone, can't contact anyone, unable to check account at all.

Same thing happened to me. I did not receive an e-mail so I sent a request to support and they sent me my temp password.
