CampeonAfilliate: Problem of communication

Hi, I just wanted to know if someone here has the same problem as me: I'm an affiliate at campeon affiliate and I have Vasilis as my manager. The problem is that he seems really not involved in his role of manager. He replies every 6 days, doesn't help me when I need to.
So the question is, am I the only one in this situation and is there another manager at campeon affiliate I can talk with.

We've had contact with Campeon for 5+ years and communication has always been very bad. We meet them at shows, we follow up, they're responsive for a few days and then the conversations go dark. I'm not sure if they're just too big and don't have enough AM's or they actively choose not to follow up.
