The terms and conditions stipulates that if you choose the "10 Cents Per Click Payment Option" and your account provides less than 1 signup per 500 clicks we reserve the right to switch you over to the $50 per sign up payment option.

I'm the Affiliate Manager at Casino Rewards. I see you've mentioned some of our terms and conditions. To clarify:

We do offer a $.10/click option, and you do need to keep a 1:500 ratio (join:clicks) or we will switch you over to $50 / join as stated in our terms and conditions which you can find here:

As for the 35% of the casino's profit payment option. You need to make $200 in order to receive payment. Otherwise it just carries over to the next month, and the next month and so on until you achieve at least $200 and then we send you your funds! (also in our terms and conditions)
