Can you share your feedback working with Gambling-Affiliation.com?

Hi guys,

Doing a bit of research as we're currently discussing some potential collaboration with Gambling-Affiliation.com.
Does anyone have worked with them already? I'm not so keen on paying an setup fee to get started, which is one of their requirement. But if we had some positive feedback and heard it's worth it, we could reconsider.

PS: i found this thread, but pretty old and more affiliates related than program related. Thus creation of a new one.
