Be careful with Evoke PLC / 888Affiliates and Ariel Grossmann

We strongly advise other affiliates to be very cautious before working with Evoke PLC, 888 Affiliates and the affiliate manager Ariel Grossmann.

For years, we decided not to work closely with 888poker because we were already aware of serious concerns regarding support and the transparency of the affiliate program. After the situation appeared to improve under a previous account manager and we decided to give 888poker a chance, to increase the traffic step by step and see how all works.

Unfortunately, our experience since Ariel Grossmann became responsible for our account has been extremely poor. Communication is, in our experience, by far the worst we have experienced in many years in the online poker affiliate industry in all these years. Emails and important questions remain unanswered for weeks. We are currently waiting almost a month for a response regarding an unresolved issue, and even smaller requests frequently receive no reply at all.

We have given Ariel several opportunities to respond, clarify the situation and establish normal communication. Unfortunately, these attempts have also been ignored for weeks.

There have been repeated problems, very little transparency and communication that we consider completely unprofessional.
Based on our own experience, we currently cannot recommend working with Evoke PLC, 888 Affiliates or Ariel Grossmann. A normal and professional affiliate relationship is simply not possible when important matters remain unanswered for weeks.

We do not publish statements like this lightly. We have given them enough time and several opportunities to resolve the situation privately. Since there has still been no proper response or improvement, we are now also preparing to stop all traffic to 888poker completely in the very near future. At this point, we simply do not see any other reasonable option.

We believe other affiliates should be aware of our experience before deciding whether they want to work with this company and this account manager.

Through a kind GPWA member, we received the contact details of another person at 888poker. Surprise, surprise, this person replied within a few minutes and immediately forwarded our case. As a result, other people became aware of the situation and contacted us as well to solve the situation.

We were also informed that our previous affiliate manager is back, which is great news. Our team knows her personally, and we hope now that we can resolve all outstanding issues together and move forward with normal and reliable communication. But if it will be reallo so, lets wait.

So far nothing is solved. We will update the thread if something will change.
