Received the following that may be useful if working with Casimba:

We’re happy to provide you with further information on our migration from Income Access to the NetRefer platform. To accommodate the busy months ahead in November and December, we’ve restructured our rollout plan to ensure a seamless transition. Migration Timeline:

Early November: Login instructions to access your NetRefer account. Mid November: Introduction of our new Finnish Pay ‘n Play brand on NetRefer. End November: Relaunch of Spinni with a new license on NetRefer. Early January: Migration of all existing brands.

In early November, we will be sending step by step instructions to you guiding you how to login to your migrated accounts on NetRefer. We’re currently migrating players from the first brands and verifying that all commission structures are correctly assigned. In the coming weeks, we’ll provide detailed updates about the migrated brands and guidance on generating tracking URLs in NetRefer for your marketing channels.

Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition with accurate reporting, allowing ample time for you to adapt. We’ll keep you updated on the migration and any required actions on your part.

Reminder, December 1st. Just received this reminder.

Dear Casimba Partners,

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re officially kicking off the phased migration of our brands from the Income Access tracking system to the NetRefer tracking system.

Key Dates:

1st December 2024 - all data for Barz, Lumo Casino, and Spinstation will be tracked on NetRefer. 20th December 2024 – Barz & Spinstation will be deactivated from Income Access. The next phase of brand migrations will begin in January 2025. Further updates will follow.

What You Need to Do: 1. Login to your NetRefer affiliate account using your existing “Username” here: https://partners.casimba-affiliates.com. In case you have not yet logged in to your NetRefer account, you will be required to reset your password. 2. Replace all Barz & Spinstation affiliate tracking URLs with NetRefer tracking links NetRefer from 1st December. Please refrain from replacing links before this date. We’ve already duplicated all your existing deals on the NetRefer system, ensuring that the correct reward plans are triggered. This means you can update your tracking URLs from 1st December 2024 with confidence, knowing that every player referral is tracked and rewarded accurately.

Important Deadline:

We kindly ask that you update your tracking URLs for Barz & Spinstation by 20th December 2024 to ensure a smooth transition ahead of the busy year-end season. This will help us start January 2025 without any delays.

On 20th December, Barz & Spinstation will be set to “Inactive”, which means that data for these brands will no longer be visible.

New registrations referred via old Income Access links in the period between 1st - 20th December will be periodically migrated in batches to NetRefer. You will experience delays of up to a few days until these are visible in NetRefer.

Please update your links at your earliest convenience in December to ensure you have up to date records on your new NetRefer account as soon as possible.
