It's about time this happened! Thanks to Michael and his people for taking this issue public. It's amazing how confused the general public is as to the question of legality for all internet gambling (not just advertising, but playing as well!) Hopefully we'll get some clarification in the coming months which could lead to a boom in the industry and less fear from us US webmasters!
