Casino Coins taking earnings out of carryover blah !

I wrote casino coins in regards to payment this month and as usual they did not reply. Now after checking my stats I notice they are taking a players winnings out of last months earnings. They state that earnings are from day one of the month to the last day of the month and that payments are processed on the 10th of each month. Yet they are taking earning out of what I have already earned from January. Can anybody explain how it actually works with casino coins since they dont reply to emails.

I don't promote them and never have. However you might want to check with Guard Dog on this for you.

I meet casino coins in London and i told him my Problems with Casino Coins rigth now i am in Town writing a email but they dont reply to my emails.

For some reason there carry over does not go away till the payment is made. While it might be showing as taking away from last months it really is not.

Its a stats bug they had for a while.

They will not take the winnings from last month, give the stats a few days to update. This is one of the few programs ive never had a problem with. Might be slow to respond to your email but they will.

It just carries over until payment is made.
You see that even when you made minus the previous month it will look like it is deducted from the current months' earnings until payday and stats are updated...then the neg will be removed...

FWIW: I was finding it impossible to get any response from Casino Coins and was trying to get paid for many months to no avail. Then a couple of weeks ago in London, I went and found Nick at the Casino Coins booth and got paid right away.

Theyve done this for a long time - not sure why but it sure does cause a lot of confusion. Complicating that even further are slow payments.

Course its no where near as bad as a few other programs out there. In the end I always get paid - just wish it were on time and in a larger amount - haha!

I have to agree about the service for affiliates from casino coins - from my experience, it blows cold and cold, which is disappointing given the quality of the casinos themselves

They seem very keen to email me when when they want something, but when I ask a question, they don't even have the courtesy to respond. It has left me wondering what's going on - are their resources too stretched to respond? Is it a childish behavior or are they simply not getting the emails?

The result has been that I simply don't give them much space on my portfolio of sites.

Of course, it's not a big issue, because luckily, there are loads of other superb casino groups to promote - groups that are very keen for me to send them players and they are also keen to work together in finding ways to improve the marketing, increase conversions etc.

So, like other mid-sized affiliates I have spoken to, I like the Casino Coins sites and would love to promote them more, but why I should bother, if they don't even answer basic emails?

I'm actually just curious to know the philosophy behind the way they run the program, more than anything else...

Perhaps they earn so much from a few super-affiliates that the mid-sized or small ones don't matter?

I really hate to agree with some of your post...but darnit....it does appear that the smaller affiliates are not as important to them as they once were....and yet...

I know the larger and the "super affiliates" are very important to the programs....BUT....

The THOUSANDS of small affiliate spread out accross the world are extremely important to the programs...even those that don't send them players on a regular basis...because those small affiliates...if they advertise for them at all they are help with brand awareness and small bits of traffic here and there and that converts over time and builds branding.....

I always felt over the years that Casino Coins was one of the programs that recognized this....but the last year or two I think Casino Coins and a number of programs have forgotten this.

Why the secrecy... Can you post an explanation and perhaps respond to some of the other comments? As I see it, the fact an affiliate sends an email with no response is a major problem. A little communication and honesty goes a long way with us affiliates.

Casino Coins was one of the first casino affiliate programs (as far as I know - THE first). And they were an industry leader for a long time - until about 4 or 5 years ago. What happened?

I think a number of people recognized that I was trying to give Casino Coins the perfect opening point for Sabrina or other Coins rep to step up and really get a dialog going to clear the air a little.

Like Matt I was trying to stress the point of how Casino Coins had one of the "BEST" reputations in the entire industry for many years.

Never did an affiliate have to worry that an issue would not be looked into, or that their email or private message would not be answered.

Personally, I would like to see CC climb back into one of the top positions of respect that they once had....

I honestly thing that the Vegas Technology gaming suite needs a bit of work, (although it has improved the last year or so) but that is a different issue for a different discussion and no reason that CC can't get back to where they were....

C'mon Casino Coins....let's keep the dialog going here.....

This thread seems to have taken the direction of bashing Casino Coins. I'm willing to keep this dialogue open though.

There is no secrecy here, issue with Penny Slot Machine was from an email thread more than 2 months ago. I did take responsibility for not getting back to him and it was not multiple attempts to reach me that were ignored or unanswered. There are various ways to get a hold of an Aff Mgr: email, skype, msn, gpwa, website contact form and cap. We make every effort to make ourselves accessible to all of our affiliates. If you are unable to get a response from us through one method, please try another before posting and saying you are being ignored.

It's never an issue of someone being a small vs medium vs big affiliate.
I agree with Rick, each affiliate builds towards our brand exposure and overall revenue. I do not agree with the comment about Coins having taking a downturn: Business would not be going well for us if it wasn't for multiple mutually beneficial and successful partnerships with our affiliates.

Most of us do NOT want to see this thread turn into a "bash coins thread", and I will try and stay on top of it that it does not....(as I am sure other mods will also)

We are however trying to give you our honest opinions.

Like I stated above, I do feel that you guys have the potential to be one of the top rated programs around....

I commend you and your staff for some of the recent face-lifts that the casino sites have gotten, and you haven't been lacking in promotions either....

I do think that a number of affiliates have had a bit of a communications issue reaching you, but hopefully working together and making better use of the forums here, the GIA and GAP, we can alleviate that.

I know for myself, I haven;t had a lot of direct interaction with a Coins rep in a very long time, and I have all intention of changing that in the future.

I have recently actually, put a few CC properties in more prominent positions on a few of my sites, and cleaned up a review or 2 here and there and so far I am pleased with the direction my stats have been starting to move. I plan of improving what I have seen so far so I am extremly interested in making sure the lines of communication do indeed stay open....

Sabrina, all we are asking is to hang in there, let a few of us get things off our chest if they bother us, and together we can improve the outlook on both sides of the affiliate fence.

In Sabrina's defense I have noticed she is very often on msn now to answer any questions. I don't like the program anymore but just to clear things up, she does appear to be available more than any other rep Ive dealt with regarding casino coin reps.
