Casino On Net

Hi all,

I am new to this forum, and fairly new to being an affiliate. My question is, do others have trouble getting paid from Caisno ON Net? I joined in December and after many emails, most of them unanswered, I finally got an email in February that my Dec payment was sent Jan 13th. They gave me an NT number and Neteller investigated and found that that payment was meant for someone else, and went to that person. It was not my payment. Now CON is not responding to my emails and Neteller has been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days and they aren't responding to them either. Of course I didn't receive my January payment either.

Is this normal? Do they just have bad customer service?

Well,

Lets start of first, and find out whether they are registered through 888.com or Tradal. I think there may be other programs that manage affiliates too.

I don't know what tradal is. I am an affiliate at 888.com. Sorry I posted this thread before reading the forum. I now see that others have problems with them.

This is really surprising to me given that they have a good reputation with the players.

I'm an affiliate through Tradal, and I've never had any problems. They've been paying me like clock work for over a year. And recently they changed their payment system(I advertise mainly their poker site) and they even contacted me to get my up to date Neteller info. , so my experience with them has been very good.
